Run through checksThe essentials
Yes. TnC IPTV Player is free to download and use. It does not include channels, movies, or provider subscriptions. Bring an authorised playlist; any provider charges are separate.
TnC is available for Android phones and tablets, Android TV, Google TV, Fire TV, and iPhone and iPad running iOS/iPadOS 16 or later. Get mobile versions from Google Play or the App Store. Features, settings, and store availability vary by platform and region.
No. TnC is a player, not a content provider. Bring a playlist or sign-in details from a provider you are authorised to use. We do not sell subscriptions or recommend providers.
Yes. Choose Try Demo at sign-in to explore sample movies, series, live channels, and the guide. Demo language labels are simulated; the sample audio may not match the label.
Yes, on Android phones and TVs, including Fire TV. Save live channels as favourites, open TV Guide, and select Favourites. Guide listings require matching guide IDs and programme data from your provider. The iOS guide has a different interface and does not currently offer this filter.
Guide coverage depends on your provider. Channels without a matching guide ID or programme data may not appear. Refresh your playlist and check All channels before contacting your provider about missing listings.
Yes. Generate the language filter list under Settings > Playlist > Languages, then select the languages you want to browse. A smaller visible catalogue can make browsing easier and may improve responsiveness. It does not change the stream audio or guarantee faster network loading.
On Android and Fire TV, recently added sorting uses provider added or updated timestamps, with release dates as a fallback. A provider update, such as added episodes, can bring an older show forward. Refresh once after upgrading from an older app cache to load this metadata.
Yes. Start the pairing flow on your TV and scan its QR code with your phone. Enter your own provider details only on that pairing page. Keep the QR code, pairing code, and credentials private.
On Android and Fire TV, open Settings > Help & Support for the offline Quick Start and troubleshooting. You can also use this website on any device or email the support team. The iOS settings and help options differ.
A few checks. A clearer picture.
Try these checks yourself in the app. A little context helps the team understand what's happening.
Check your internet connection and confirm your provider is working.
Refresh the playlist if channels or titles look out of date.
Try Demo Mode to help distinguish an app problem from a provider issue.
Note whether it affects one stream, one device, or everything.
